World's Fair, 1915
First Song From This Year's Album

It's been a little while since we've put out some new music.

We've been sitting on TWO unfinished albums since Shay died. We're going to wrap that up at the studio soon, I promise.

Meanwhile, this feels good to be sharing music. That is what this whole songwriting and band thing is really about.

The Song

I'm pretty proud of this one. You're not going to find many pop or rock songs that pack this much historical accuracy into them. It's from the perspective of somebody in 1915, marveling at the modern innovations at the 1915 World's Fair and thinking that mankind will never feel so advanced again.

Another two words that come to mind here are "Randy Newman." He's been a musical hero since I hit a piano at age 12. It's no accident that a reviewer once referred to me as "the stupid man's Randy Newman." I'll take it.

You Are Here Album

This track will be on The Bigfellas’ album in 2026. Watch this space.
